Job Description:

  • Manage a team of customer support engineers
  • Oversee a new product launch and issues that arise thereafter
  • Own up customer satisfaction, suggest improvement measures wherever possible
  • Be able to clearly understand system integration points of failure

Follow up with team on following tasks and groom the team:

  • Analyze customers Mobile device /Media server box logs, using splunk, Hydra admin console and opening JIRA tickets with the developer team for resolution
  • Study Mobile / Set top box / Over-The-Top(OTT) TV App application functionality, performance results and suggest improvement
  • Investigate Customer complaints, analyze suggestions. Provide on the spot solutions or offline solutions
  • Familiarity with iOS and / Android Mobile platforms, and frequent updates on iOS /Android OS version

Role:

  • Technical Operations Improvement Manager (L2 & L3)

Mandatory Skills:

  • Stakeholder Management, Project Management, iOS/Android Mobile App troubleshooting, SPLUNK(read logs), JIRA for Ticket tracking

Platform:

  • Mobile App (or) FioS Set top box (or) any Over-The-Top(OTT) TV App, candidates with more than one of these platforms will be given preference

Domain:

  • Media & Entertainment

Certification:

  • PMP , ITIL

Tools:

  • Splunk & JIRA (mandatory), reading database / Admin console logs (good to have)
