The Digital Technology team is looking to add a robust Boomi Technical Lead to a well-established global digital team. This position requires someone who is a passionate learner, an independent thinker, works well collaboratively across multiple disciplines, and is comfortable working with various people and technology stacks. Your work will be in the space of Design, Development, Deployment and Maintenance of Integration processes between applications. It will be critical to delivering digital solutions to our customers all over the world and teams across the digital organization.

About the Role

As a Technical Lead, - Boomi, you will:

• Design and Implement – Integration processes between applications across cloud and/or on-premise using Dell Boomi platform by understanding business needs, working with architects to define integration and solution design, conducting functional validation, reviewing test plans and owning full SDLC/Sprint cycle from design through release
• Be a Team Player – work in a collaborative team-oriented environment, share information, value diverse ideas, interact with the customer, partner with cross-functional and remote teams
• Be Curious & Innovative – continuously update yourself with next-generation technology, development tools, and contribute to process development practices

• Take Ownership – responsible for E2E delivery, validate estimates from delivery/architecture, lead geographically distributed teams, create and maintain project documentation, monitor risks/mitigation strategies with stakeholders and strive for improving the efficiency of the solutions

About You

You're a fit for the role of Technical Lead - Boomi, if you have:

• 8+ years of experience in the field of Business Systems and IT
• 5+ years of experience in a Technical Lead role, including experience with the design and development of integration processes between applications
• Hands-on design, development, deployment and maintenance of integration processes between applications across cloud and/or on-premise using Dell Boomi platform (Cloud Integration, Application Integration and Enterprise web services APIs
• Managing, Monitoring, Sustaining, Troubleshooting and supporting existing EDI Integrations, SOA Architecture and Dell Boomi platform
• Build Service-Oriented and discoverable Web services and APIs
• Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to define and determine integration requirements
• 
  
• Contribute to evolving a Customer's EAI and SOA vision by implementing methodologies and procedures conforming to standard patterns and practices
• Provide development team with EAI technical subject matter expertise and work with the team (Architects, other Tech Leads and Systems Analysts) to ensure development activities are aligned with scope, schedule, priority and business objectives
• Responsible for establishing best practices in services development, integration of applications and govern detailed designs
• Drive the organization to improve data integrity for company-wide analytics
• Interface with both internal/external technical experts to drive system solution
• 
  
• Should be able to lead efforts, with minimal supervision, involving relevant Business/Process/IT teams, 3rd party resources and external trading partners
