Candidate will serve as Sr. Project Manager on large-scale water and wastewater conveyance projects, serve as key Client Manager for major North Texas clients and lead the Dallas Infrastructure Team. Specific design and management experiencedesired includes large-diameter WATER CONVEYANCE pipelines as a first preference then secondary experience with large-scale water/wastewater facilities (PUBLIC, not industrial) including treatment, pumping and storage will be considered. Candidate will be part of growing North Texas Infrastructure Team and will play a key role in team leadership, sales, project delivery and client management. In addition, the candidate will be part of the statewide large-diameter pipeline practice team based on specific skillset and experience. 

RequiredQualifications 

  • BSCE
  • Licensed PE in Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months. 
  • 13+ years client/project management and/or design experience with large-diameter pipeline projects followed by a secondary experience with water/wastewater facility (WW Treatment, Pumping or Storage).
  • Experience with regulatory requirements and securing appropriate regulatory permits associated with design and construction water and wastewater treatment facilities

SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS 

Professional Engineer 

Planning, design, and/or management experience for water conveyance systems. 

Business development experience 

Client relationships with municipalities, counties, and river authorities. 

High level presentation and communication skills 

Bachelor or Master of Civil Engineering
