Funko is a purveyor of pop culture, making and selling license-focused collectibles. We're based in Everett, WA where we have a store that delights kids of all ages (kids at heart included). We currently hold hundreds of licenses for franchises ranging from Marvel to Harry Potter, giving us the rights to create tens of thousands of characters—one of the largest portfolios in the pop culture and collectibles industry. We take your favorite characters and turn them into adorable, or sometimes scary, collectible figures. Our most famous line, Pop! Vinyl, has millions of fans around the world.

This position will provide technical leadership across our entire suite of software and systems. The person in this role will lead the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) selection process, technical designs, recommendations and implementations. This role requires deep hands-on experience providing technical solutions. While this role has a focus on ERP, this position will provide leadership and expertise across other core systems and platforms. This position is also expected to develop a deep understanding of the Funko business and therefore be able to advise on the best system integration across the organization.

Ideal candidates will have experience leading architecture in an omnichannel organization with both business and technical depth.

  • Define, Design and Develop roadmaps and strategies across key technology platforms
  • Lead solution design and development on implementations, migrations/upgrade projects and performance improvements for existing environment
  • Strategic input regarding the company's technical IT solutions
  • Define and maintain the appropriate architecture frameworks, processes, standards and tools to delivery success
  • Ensure business functions, people and processes are supported by the correct IT solutions
  • Research and prototype application of new technology solutions
  • Identifying root causes of critical issues and supporting the creation of solutions that permanently avoid re-occurrences of those issues.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to other team members

Must-Have Superhero Gadgetry

  • 15+ years delivering complex IT solutions, preferably for consumer product organizations with multiple locations (International a plus)
  • 10+ years of application development experience
  • Supply Chain planning experience is preferred but not required
  • Proven experience mentoring and improving the effectiveness and efficiencies of technical teams
  • Previous technology management consulting experience at a consulting firm is preferred but not required
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, information services or related field preferred
