Job Description

  • Key Performance Areas

  • Align the Forcepoint "Human Point" strategy within the delivery of training to ensure that students understand how the Human Point strategy is realized in our products and solutions
  • Build knowledge of, and stay current in Forcepoint products and solutions, and associated offerings
  • Design and create highly technical, detailed, and engaging training using multiple delivery modalities on Forcepoint emerging technologies
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts to ensure that all technical content in assigned courses is relevant and up to date
  • Update or amend previously developed technical training courses to meet current standards or solution requirements
  • Meet with Subject Matter Experts to evaluate and recommend suitable solutions for new courses
