The Technical Client Director (TCD) is Neudesic's visionary client facing technical leader. Responsible for enabling business strategies through trusted advisor relationships. The right candidate will bring to bear multi-cloud expertise, business acumen and dynamic communication skills that will transform the client technology journey, with an insatiable curiosity that drives them to the leading edge of emerging technologies, making them a known expert both inside and outside of the organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping strategy and growing technical impact for Neudesic's Digital Platform service line for its southern California market. You will leverage your deep experience architecting, developing and auditing software and cloud applications on Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) by working with customers to envision the possible through software development that meets and drives business goals for top brand companies.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to engage senior decision makers in business solutioning, technical architectures, and phased delivery cycles. You will assemble and guide virtual teams from pre-sales efforts through complex application solutioning, to engagement execution.

The daily activities of this position include pre-sales solutioning, relationship management and team development. This role is a key enabler for Account Executives as you jointly pursue market opportunities. Unpredictable customer environments require both a strategic mindset and a tactical awareness to take advantage of both projected and real-time engagement opportunities.

This role requires a passionate people leader, a developer of talent and a tenured technologist to "lead from the front", who draws on practiced management and mentoring experience to execute strategically and engage tactically. You will be a hands-on expert, capable in motivating and leading domestic and international virtual teams through the complexities of modern enterprise deployment with both new-to-cloud and cloud-savvy organizations.

To be successful, you must exhibit strong leadership qualities necessary for building trust with clients and Neudesic technologists. This position leads Solution Architects and provides guidance based on practical experience in software development.

As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above.
  • Be involved in the financial management of clients.
  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients.
  • Contribute to the development of your team's technical acumen.
  • Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges.
  • Assist in the management and delivering of large projects.
