Manage, monitor and maintain the availability, sustainability, integrity, security, compliance and performance of critical applications to support bank customers, business units and business processes. Primary responsibilities include the system administration of collaboration solutions, including Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint, BlackBerry mobility solutions, various email security and content filter solutions. Manage, monitor, maintain & secure corresponding servers, OSs, appliances, and cybersecurity implementations. Utilize communication, analytical and problem solving skills w/ teamwork approach.

Education and/or Experience
Fifth year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Requires knowledge of eCommerce tools, transactions, computer system and applications capabilities, business processes, and work flows. Well verse on cybersecurity and threats management and mitigating controls.
Requires general-logic knowledge of system capabilities without necessarily the ability to program.
At least 5 years of experience on system and application performance monitoring.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financialreports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft server operating systems; General knowledge and experience with databases that should include Microsoft SQL Server and IBM DB2; Advanced knowledge of eCommerce; Preferred experience with Fiserv applications, including Online Banking, Payments Processing, and other Premier solutions; and awareness of server security best practices, cybersecurityrisks and threats.

eCommerce and Technology Certifications or equivalent experience.
Availability to work during non-business hours, including early mornings, nights and weekends. Ability to lead projects using Project Management (PMO), Testing Management (TMO) and risk management mitigating control methodologies
