5+ years’ experience as a Business/Technical Analyst
Strong experience in requirements elicitation, use case development & solution implementation Technical experience with all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle, including system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation, and Agile techniques Teamwork & collaboration skills to work across organizations and cross-functional teams Strong Project Management skills & experience in managing resources; onshore and offshore Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills Ability to collect and analyze information, problem-solving & providing insights & recommendation Knowledge of prevalent analytical / BI tools like Oracle BI, Tableau & reporting techniques Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment that is constantly evolving and changing Preferred Skills and Experience Prior poject experience preferred.
Knowledge and experience working with Rapid Delivery Platform is a plus Knowledge and experience working with ProQuest is preferred
