We are looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager (TAM) to advocate for our customers and work across multiple departments including product, field sales, and engineering to ensure that the customers are happy and getting the most out of their Incorta investment. Join us as we lead the democratization of data!


YOU WILL:

  • Help customers define their analytic strategy and implementation roadmap as it relates to Incorta
  • Learn the features and best practices around the Incorta platform
  • Evangelize the benefits of Incorta to new groups within our customer base
  • Help customers troubleshoot issues and prototype new applications of the Incorta platform
  • Advocate for customer's needs internally at Incorta to make sure the product delivers maximum value
  • Mentor and assist other members of the customer success organization
  • Report to our Head of CS

YOU HAVE:

  • 5+ years of work experience implementing analytics or BI software products
  • Experience leading technical implementation projects
  • Ability to evangelize the value of the Incorta platform
  • Ability to understand the broader enterprise analytics ecosystem in order to plan strategically with our customers
  • Familiarity with SQL language and linux server administration
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively in a dynamic team environment
  • Willingness to embrace and thrive in a rapidly changing work environment
  • Willingness to travel
