The focus for the Account Representative will be to assist Account Managers with high level technical issues and projects within their accounts. The Account Rep should be an expert on all of the modules within the Affinity platform.

Qualifications

Executes Registration Launch Plan (90 days)

Manages key accounts from close of sale to registration launch, ensuring that all key stakeholders reach necessary level of proficiency with relevant Affinity services

Provide direct, daily support to key clients by troubleshooting issues and questions across multiple applications

Trains customers to maximize and best utilize services to meet their specific needs

Conducts live one-to-one training sessions and group webinars as needed, and consults on best practices to ensure that customer’s first impression with company is a positive and lasting one

Ensures that customers hit milestones of launch plan, and that their initial experience with software is both a positive and lasting one

Project Management

Oversee complex projects that are required by your account base

Customer Support Phone and Ticketing System

Assist with the toll free customer support line and customer support ticketing system during high volume seasons

Bachelor’s Degree

3-5 years of experience

Previous technical customer supportexperience
