About the Role
As a PlatformZero Technical Account Manager (TAM) you will be responsible for building and maintaining existing customer relationships. You will be a key, central team member, collaborating with external and internal stakeholders using best practice to advocate for client requirements while upholding PlatformZero product strategy and integrity. You will be responsible to track client priorities and issues as they evolve and proactively remove potential roadblocks. The technical account manager will serve as a technical advisor, ensuring successful platform adoption and remaining up to date with platform upgrades, product roadmaps and marketing initiatives.
