The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for owning the product throughout the product life-cycle from planning to execution in support of organizational strategy and objectives. This includes researching and understanding market directions and opportunities, customer needs and interests, technology directions, government regulations and impacts as well as product functionality and limitations.
Communication skills are paramount, with the ability to take complex ideas and relate them in ways that gets the message across clearly and efficiently. Listening to various perspectives and combining these into a product roadmap is critical. Negotiation and balance between multiple competing resources and objectives is required, with the fortitude to respectfully disagree yet fully support corporate decisions. Must be ready to challenge everyone in the company to consider unique alternatives and produce the highest quality. A passion for success of the company is a primary requirement.
