To help drive ActiveState’s next stage of growth of sales of our SaaS platform, we are seeking a sales manager to guide a team of Enterprise and Mid-Market account executives focused on net new growth.
This position can be based out of our headquarters in beautiful Vancouver, BC (working remotely during the current health situation), or from home anywhere in North America.

We’re looking for a tech-savvy, process-driven individual with a growth mindset, and an understanding of complex selling in large enterprises. You’ll be instrumental in managing, mentoring, and growing the team that drives the growth of our business through net new customers. You will guide the sales team by strategizing on deals, coaching on sales tactics and refining sales processes.
You are a Swiss-army knife. One part deal-maker and sales strategist, another part process and data savvy, and you can also pick up the phone and help close deals. You are highly-competitive and intrinsically motivated to achieve. You love to manage a team of hunters who are in charge of acquiring new customers.
