Analyze, design, and implement Sprint’s Artificial Intelligent (AI) virtual agent leveraging IBM Watson technology. Lead system requirement development sessions translating business requirements into application-specific requirements as well as identification of Application Programming Interface (API) integration end points for orchestration of AI dialog flows. Guide application architecture design sessions developing integration architecture to support AI Business Process Designs (BPD)/Dialog Management. Ensure designs meet Corporate Security, Office of Privacy (OOP), and Designed for Criticality (D4C) high availability standards. Gather, analyze, identify, incorporate, and map existing Sprint core APIs to support AI Business Process Designs/Dialog Management. Lead knowledge transfer sessions with development teams. Develop requirements for new API end-points to support AI Business Process Designs/Dialog Management. Apply Sprint-developed MuleSoft standards into API requirements and transfer knowledge to API development team. Analyze newly developed APIs for quality control and to ensure compliance with MuleSoft standards. Guide API reviews through formal Sprint API certification process. Analyze API Load and Performance (LNP) results and provide recommendations to ensure newly developed API meets Sprint standards and performance benchmark. Build, test, and deploy dialog flow using IBM Bluemix/Watson Assistant. Develop training and test data for intent recognition, define applicable entities, and build node structure to support the dialog design. Support packaging, promotion, and deployment of IBM Watson code release to test environments and production. Serve as the escalation point for analysis and resolution of high complexity system issues affecting performance and functionality of AI virtual agent platform. Research and determine root cause, provide findings to development teams for resolution and develop fixes needed todrive expected system behavior. Partner with other IBM Watson developers and data scientists to analyze voice of customer data for intent clustering, development ofcognitive ground truth, separation of data for training/testing of Natural Language Processing (NLP) models. Guide iterative training/testing cycles to drive optimal NLP intent performance and validate NLP results.
