The Lead Ads team empowers TikTok's global monetization (billion-dollar business) via efficiently delivering lead ads on TikTok. Our mission is to push the boundaries of large-scale ads delivery systems and lead the innovations of TikTok's personalized online advertising. Hence, you'll have a chance to get deeply involved in our large-scale distributed systems and state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms. As a Tech Lead Software Engineer on the Lead Ads team, you will make efforts to develop novel machine learning solutions for ranking, build scalable foundations and launch various products that maximize the efficiency of lead ads delivery.
What you'll do
• Participate in the development of a large-scale Ads system, including user intent and CRM integration modules.
• Participate in the iteration of Lead Ads system infrastructures and improving performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists and other engineering teams to land new product functionalities.
Qualifications
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other relevant majors.
• Excellent programming skills in C++/Golang, debugging and optimization skills in general purpose programming languages.
• 7+ years of Industrial experience and good understanding in one of the following domains: Online Advertising System, Ads Delivery System.
• Ability to think critically and to formulate solutions to problems in a clear and concise way.
• Good collaboration skills working with cross-functional teams.
