Responsibilities

  • Works closely with business systems analysts, process owners and other stakeholders to release new product capabilities including the development of plans, management of resources and deliverables
  • Provides functional and technical input for business systems analysts and development resources in the portfolio including setting priorities, coaching, reviewing work products and the reporting of team activities
  • Provides strong technical leadership managing hands on development in the suite of ERP, EPM and other current/future technologies within the landscape
  • Provide leadership in monitoring, supporting and enhancing integrations between Oracle ERP Cloud and other cloud and on premise systems - our core integration platform is Mulesfoft
  • Must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as exceptional analytical and time management capabilities.
  • Assures proper documentation is maintained and controls are implemented
  • Oversight of consultants and contractors assigned to projects or maintenance activities
  • Review of deliverables, adherence to SDLC and policies by third party resources
  • Provides day to day technical management of all finance modules ensuring stable systems availability, performance, compliance and security.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for improvement

Qualifications:

  • Must possess deep functional knowledge in at least two processes areas: Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Forecast to Delivery, Record to Report
  • 1+ years of experience with Oracle Financial cloud (aka Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle Cloud Fusion Financials), procurement cloud preferred
  • 5+ years experience building and supporting financial modules in EBS R12 (preferred) or other ERP platforms (JD Edwards, Peoplesoft, SAP, etc.)
  • 2+ years experience with Oracle Enterprise Planning Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) or Hyperion Planning & Forecastingpreferred
  • 2+ years experienceworking with Mulesoft (preferably) or other integration service platforms
  • 2+ years experience designing/building extensions with Oracle PaaS
  • Proven experience leading technical delivery with hybrid (onshore and offshore) development and support teams
  • Ability to interact with and influence business stakeholders and adapt style as needed for technical or non-technical audiences
  • Solid understanding of Core Finance processes (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Bank Reconciliation, Fixed Assets, General Ledger; General Controls and SOX concepts)
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, including the ability to write basic queries and perform application troubleshooting analysis at the database level
  • Strong technical and moderate functional skills in supported business applications, preferably with Oracle Fusion Cloud
  • Industry certifications in business systems analysis, APICS, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, project management, and other domain areas a plus
  • Experience in consumer packaged goods manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution industries preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a technical background: Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or related IT field
