The Teammate Relations Leader (TRL) is responsible for assisting with developing and delivering the Positive Teammate Relations strategy and agenda for Bridgestone Americas, Inc. (BSAM). This role is charged with providing accurate proactive, as well as reactive when needed, insight into the health of teammate relations in locations across the BSAM system, assessing site level supervisory capability and behaviors, and developing plans and programs for improvement. The TRL will also handle complex and sensitive investigations and employee relations matters for a variety of levels across BSAM, including those involving executives.
