What You’ll Do

  • Recruit, lead and coach a high-functioning team of technical account managers across New York, London and Sydney
  • Achieve Ad Studio revenue goals by leading team of technical account managers to onboard, retain and grow SMB ad accounts
  • Build and grow relationships across Tier 1 advertisers
  • Build and manage localized documentation, approval flows and other onboardingprocesses
  • Partner with operations to build the account support systems and tools
  • Be an integral part of the SMB ads leadership team to drive product development and growth

Who You Are

  • You have 6+ years of online media experience in media agency, client management, or a sales planning role
  • You have shown experience leading a high-performing account services organization
  • You are experienced with building relationships with both internal and external business partners
  • You love building systems, processes and tools. You’re constantly thinking “How can we do with this more efficiently at global scale?”
  • You’re willing to roll up your sleeves to get what’s needed done. You’re excited about joining a startup within a larger global organization.
