We are looking for a talented and experienced Team Lead to lead a team of aspiring Cloud Support Engineers in our Managed Services Department. You will own processes and technical areas within the department and participate in ongoing projects. The Cloud Operations Specialist Team (Tier 1) is responsible for the first touch-point of client facing issues, documentation creation and revisions, scheduling and communication with clients, and account managers as needed. You will provide feedback and training to your team to help them succeed and grow, review internal processes and procedures, and use your technical knowledge to keep projects and tasks on track.
