Due to continued growth in our client base, our Firm is looking for a dynamic Tax professional to join our growing Tax team. Depending on experience we will consider hiring a Tax Supervisor, Manager, Senior Manager or Principal. In your critical role as Tax Supervisor/Manager/Senior Manager you will be responsible for the following:

*Depending on one's Taxexperience and area of interest, you could also have the opportunity to work in the following areas:
-Individuals and/or Small Business Tax clients
-Partnerships and/or C-Corps
-Acquisitions & divestitures
-Identifying tax savings strategies for clients
-Comprehensive ASC 740 and FIN 48, tax provision preparation
-Corporate international tax - transactions with foreign entities
-Assist with costs segs and transfer price studies and R&D projects
Minimum of 6 years' experience working in a public accounting firm with current taxexperience servicing either high net worth individuals, small business clients or middle market and large company clients with a strong background in Partnerships, S Corporations, and C Corporations.
A minimum of an additional 4 years supervisory experience is required for a management level position. Thorough knowledge of the tax issues facing multinational US companies or publicly traded entities, especially in the areas of tax compliance and consulting services tailored to organizations with domestic operations with the goal of tax minimization. Comprehensive technical skills in ASC 740 and FIN 48. A proven record of building sustainable client relationships with CFOs, Controllers and mid-sized business owners. A proven record of simultaneously managing multiple projects and engagement teams for various clients. CPA certification. Ability to travel on a limited basis.
