Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Tax Staff/Senior Accountant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $63,000 to $100,000 per year.

Job Description:

Prepare federal and state income tax returns for individuals, closely held businesses, and all entity types
Perform tax research, tax planning, and projections
Address and resolve inquiries from clients to conduct significant interactions with dignity and discretion

Requirements:

Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to interact with all levels of staff, advancing to the ability to train and supervise staff
Ability to demonstrate growth potential for advancement in the firm
Attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture
Strong communication, analytical, leadership, organizational, client service, and PC skills, including MS Office proficiency
