ESSENTIAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Tax Managers and Senior Managers are responsible for the management of all phases of tax compliance for assigned clients, and other client engagements for companies in a variety of industries. Managers and Senior Managers participate in firm administration and management, including practice development, staff, and senior management, and other areas as assigned.

Tax Managers and Senior Managers effectively supervise activities of the engagement team and review staff and senior work timely and thoroughly to ensure that objectives are achieved. They demonstrate the ability to manage multiple engagements to a successful and efficient completion. They generate, pursue, and assist in closing proposal opportunities with existing and/or potential clients. They are consistently viewed as highly responsive to the client’s needs and requests, and they effectively manage the client’s expectations and the day-to-day client relationship. Tax Managers and Senior Managers meet time deadlines while also meeting or exceeding quality requirements. They motivate staff through their professional and technical reputation, enthusiasm, and positive attitude.
