The Federal Tax Consultant will prepare and review tax returns and schedule related to the compliance of federal liabilities. This position works at a variety of clients on a temporary basis.
Qualifications     Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required

- Five (5) or more years in Federal and (Domestic) Tax Compliance required
- Experience with Fixed Assets review and verify depreciation calculations required
- Experience with OneSource or Fastax and other tax compliance software is highly preferred
- Experience with various filings such as C Corporations, Sub S Corporations, Limited Liability Corporations and Partnerships required
- Strong knowledge Federal and State Tax Codes preferred

- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
- Capacity to work in a deadline-driven environment while handling multiple projects/tasks simultaneously with a focus on details
- Capable of successfully multi-tasking while working independently or within a group environment
- Capable of working well under pressure while dealing with unexpected problems in a professional manner
