Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Task Order Manager (TOM) who will be responsible for overseeing Task Order (TO) operations and ensures the high-level performance activities and results for the services
provided to the Government which may include communications, administration, logistics, procurement, staffing, budgeting, finances, reporting, and property. The TOM will ensure that activities implemented
are managed in accordance with the approved budget and contract.

Responsibilities
• Oversees contract performance, to include but not limited to delivery, quality, security, and customer service. Work with onsite Program Management and other key personnel to develop and manage project plans, budgets, and work schedules.
• Evaluates existing solutions and guide process improvement initiatives to gain efficiencies, increase quality, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain costs.
• Manages responses to the customer that support buy-ins ensuring workplans, budgets, and change requests are developed and reported in accordance with the approved budget, DoS regulations and procedures, and specifications.
• Oversees the planning, approval, and implementation of specific tasks that are part of a contract.
• Defines and explains the scale, cost, and timetable of a project.
• Acts as the point of contact for the implementation of contract assignments.
• Confirms the tasks are completed on time, in sequence, within budget, and under the terms of the contractual agreement.
• Performs a task analysis to understand the impact and risks associated with project tasks.
• Evaluates project protocols and procedures to reduce costs and improve the quality of executed assignments.
• Writes and reviews technical documents and prepares monthly status reports.
• Meets and communicates with project stakeholders, including government personnel.
• Procures materials and labor to complete contract agreements.
• Manages the activities of contractor personnel and subcontractors.

Requirements
• Minimum 5-7 years relevant experience in a business environment or Program Management
• Proven experience organizing and directing multiple team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using a variety of office software, including MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Excel, MS Share Point, and MS Outlook
