AlixPartners, a leading global consulting firm, is looking for an experienced Recruiter who will work with the Enterprise Improvement Talent Management leadership team to develop, manage and execute recruiting strategies for specialized positions throughout North America for a highly successful Practice of senior professionals in a rapidly growing firm.

The Talent Recruitment Sr. Recruiter - Enterprise Improvement is a full-time role located in Southfield, Michigan or New York, NY and reports to the Recruiting Manager - EI. Paid relocation is not available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source highly qualified active and passive candidates who are specialists in their respective fields
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders, along with external sources to build a pipeline of high potential candidates that meet the needs of each of the practice areas
  • Effective pipeline management to efficiently and effectively move candidates through the recruiting process, all while ensuring a welcoming, top notch candidateexperience from first contact through completion of the process
  • Track, manage and report on candidate pipelines
  • Conduct initial interviews providing a candidate recommendation
  • Plan and manage recruiting events
  • Coordination and scheduling of interviews
  • Additional responsibilities as identified


  • 10+ years, or equivalent, of executive search and/or corporate recruiting experiencerequired, ideally in a professional services firm
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related area
  • Expertise in recruiting strategies and full lifecycle of recruiting candidates
  • Proven techniques in effective process and pipeline management
  • Deep knowledge of candidate sourcing, selection and behavioral interviewing
  • High energy, proactive, flexible and adaptive style, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
  • Ability to influence others, build strong relationships and networks
  • Proven ability working with executive leaders, providing timely, exceptional customer service
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with experience working and communicating effectively directly with senior executives as well as staff
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills required
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in developing, tracking, and reporting of recruiting metrics and results
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and mastery of applicant tracking system management techniques
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
