The Talent Manager will provide full-cycle recruitment support for assigned clients, including developing innovative recruitment and sourcing plans, screening candidates, interviewing candidates, and recommending candidates for hire. Engage in a full range of activities that produce a pipeline of candidates for job vacancies in advance of need. Provide strategic guidance to clients throughout the recruitment process.
Master’s in Human Resources, Business, or related field
4 years' professional level human resources experience, at least three of which include full-cycle recruiting or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience working in an academic or non-profit institution.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Strong knowledge of recruiting components, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, behavioral-based interviewing, and legal trends. Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills. Ability to interpret policies and procedures, negotiate and resolve conflicts.
