The Talent Management & Development Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering talent management programs and strategies that drive employee and organizational performance and enhance effectiveness. Primary areas of focus are developing and overseeing the organizational talent management philosophy as it relates to performance management and coaching, employee on-boarding , employee & leadership learning and development and employee engagement.
Lead scalable Talent Management initiatives, from conception and design through project planning, implementation, documentation, measurement and continuous improvement. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working both collaboratively and independently to balance and successfully execute on project objectives and related tasks with internal and external resources as necessary.
Collaborate with Talent + Culture team members as well as leadership and key stakeholders to develop and deploy improved performance management process. This includes defining the organizational performance management philosophy and creating the processes and systems to best support the business. Partner with business unit leaders to develop and conduct talent roundtables, succession planning, and high-potential development programs.
Oversee, design, and deliver employee orientation and on-boarding programs to ensure new hires have an optimal experience.
Lead, design, and deliver employee and leadership learning & development opportunities. Partner with business leaders to identify training needs and trends within the business. Responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training, training delivery methods, tools and other variables to continue to advance employee skills and knowledge. Requires excellent coaching, consultation and facilitation skills with the ability to quickly establish and build effective relationships. Must have strong organizational and project management skills to meet multiple training priorities and deadlines.
Design, plan, deliver, and support the administration of employee engagement and communication of events and campaigns.

Bachelors or better in Business Administration.
Bachelors or better in Human Resource Administration.
Masters or better in Business Administration.
5-7 years: Progressive experience with strategic focus on Talent Management and/or Organizational Development along with demonstrated skill with adult learning techniques, instructional design, presentation, facilitation, and consultation skills
Ability to organize, prioritize, coordinate, implement and manage complex or multiple projects and tasks in a rapidly changing, fast paced environment in conjunction with day-to-day activities.
Highly proficient in MS Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and Excel
5-7 years: Strong HR and business acumen with demonstrated success in the deisgn and delivery of learning and development programs
