We are seeking a Retail Talent and Development Manager to join our team based in our NYC office. This role will be actively support building retail talent capabilities by deploying the retail talent roadmap.

A Day in the Life:

*Define and implement the leadership curriculum for Retail in collaboration with key stakeholders

*Contribute to plan, communicate the training calendar and catalog

* Organize and co-facilitate when appropriate Leadership training (Every Day Coaching, Behavioral Interview Training, Manager 101, Leadership Boot Camp)

*Define, create and implement Retail programs in collaboration with key stakeholders

*Ensure use of NesPal Program

*Continuously update and track progress of the retail talent cycle in TPMS

*Use technology to reach and align remote locations

* Ensure all training are recorded in iLearn (internal Learning Management System)

* Train HR Managers and people leaders on tools (PDP/TPMS) and provide guidance and coaching

Winning Skill Set:


• Bachelor's Degree required OR equivalent years of experience Required


• 5+ years experience developing and delivering training, required • 3+ years of HRBP or Learning & Development experience, inclusive of leadership development, required • Working experience within Retail environment, preferred

• Successful track record on delivering in VUCA environment (Volatile Uncertain Complex and Ambiguous)

• Exposure to Centre of Competence processes e.g. Learning & Development , Talent Acquisition

• Sound Project Management experience • Travel up to 40% of time
