Job Description:

SUMMARY
GAF is seeking a Talent Analytics Senior Analyst to join the Human Resources team. This role is a
hybrid analyst role that will have responsibility for talent analytics, budgeting & forecasting for the HR
function and oversight of our global mobility program. The talent analytics responsibilities will be
primary and will help drive GAF’s HR strategy by providing leadership with actionable intelligence about
our workforce.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Talent Analytics - 70%
? Analyze data, interpret trends, visualize findings and deliver insights to HR leadership and the
business
? Work with leadership to develop scorecards, dashboards, and metrics that drive key insights
? Collaborate with the HRIS team to configure Workday to efficiently and effectively deliver
scorecards, dashboards and reports
? Design and build innovative analytics and reporting tools

Global Mobility - 20%
? Act as the primary point of contact for GAF’s domestic relocation program and international
assignments
? Manage all service partners related to these program including but not limited to relocation
vendor, mobility consultants, tax advisors, etc.
? Manage status of all international assignments
? Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to HR partners, recruiters,
employees and service partners.

Budgeting & Forecasting-10%
? Oversee the HR department budget by consolidating the roll-up of each of the HR COE’s budget,
analyze actual to budget, flag any issues and report out to HR leadership on a quarterly basis

Education/Experience
? Bachelor's Degree required
? 5+ years of experience in related field
? Advanced degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics or related field a plus
? Experience with predictive modeling a plus
? Prior experience with global mobility and/or relocation programs (e.g. administering a
relation policy, working with a relocation vendor manager) a plus
? Prior experience managing departmental budgets in a corporate setting a plus
