  • Bachelor?s Degree from an accredited university 5+ years of professional recruiting experience
  • Manufacturing experience is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to handle and protect highly confidential information
  • Proven ability to take initiative, prioritize and manage multiple projects with excellent follow-through
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships with all levels in the organization
  • Previous experience in executing projects from inception through implementation
  • Strong capacity to attend to detail and highly organized
  • Proficient computer (MS Office) skills are required

  • Maintain all aspects of the recruiting process including:
  • Supervise TAS I & II Source, screen and recruit passive and active candidates (Boolean and database searches)
  • Manage client (applicants, hiring managers) relations through frequent written and oral communications
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Proctor assessments
  • Facilitate background checks
  • Maintain up to daterecruiting electronic files; workflow events in iCIMS
  • Oversee college relations; including attending career fairs and alumni organizations
  • Documentation with daily notes in ATS and weekly reporting/metrics tracking
  • Identify, analyze issues and provide integrated, effective solutions that meet business needs
  • Provide training to HR users and hiring managers as needed & facilitate Webinars for the field

$80K - $90K
