Talent Acquisition Strategy Manager
Top tier advisory consulting firm needs a top-level recruiting strategist to develop programs for Tier One and Tier Two B-school recruiting of MBA’s as well as developing programs for tracking and retention of same.
This will not be a hands-on recruiting role but rather developing, presenting and implementing the strategies to the partner board on direction and strategy.
We’re looking for a #1 or #2 person out of one of the major advisory consulting firms – not the accounting, audit or tax practices – from the likes of Bain, Accenture, Deloitte, Booz Allen Hamilton, PwC, BCG, KPMG, BearingPoint, CapGemini, AT Kearney, Roland Berger, Ernst & Young, Abeam, Oliver Wyman, Atos, Capco, Kurt Salmon, Mazars, NTT Data, Wipro, or similar.
The key is the person we seek MUST have strategy recruiting for consulting firms.
We need to see a degree (highly preferred), 5+ years’ experience in leading talent acquisition from the top tier schools AND developing the retention and tracking plans for them.
The location for this role could be a stumbling block – IT’S WHEREVER YOU ARE! Location is not an issue as the role can be virtual or you can go into the local office as well. Travel is light – in 20-30% range.
We are NOT looking for a campus recruiter but rather a strategist who can put the entire program together and roll it out.
Comp in $120K-$150K range w/bonus potential and great benefits… plus there’s that whole “virtual office” thing as well.
