YOUR CONTRIBUTION

Reporting to the Manager of Organizational Development and Total Rewards, you will support the managers and the human resources team in the acquisition and integration of the best talents to respond to the strong growth of Enerkem.
Your role and responsibilities will be as follows:
- Establish a talent acquisition plan based on targeted roles and skills and the development of the best strategies, including finding and maintaining a talent pool, creating the employer brand and effective management of social media as well as external suppliers, to ensure that the organization has the capacity to attract and acquire the talent needed to support growth;
- Optimize the talent acquisition process, including the development of tools and participate in coaching managers on the best approaches in the field
- Lead the talent acquisition process: development of postings and candidate selection with Smart Recruiter, interviews, reference and background checks, job offers etc, all with the aim of providing the best candidate experience
- Develop and maintain, in collaboration with the HR team and managers, the best practices of an employee integration program and execute the related activities in order to ensure an effective integration of talents
- Develop and maintain performance indicators related to talent acquisition and recommend the best approaches to improve process performance
- Participate, as needed, in various strategic HR initiatives
Qualifications
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or other related field
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in developing talent acquisition strategies, managing the entire talent acquisition process, creating the employer brand and onboarding programs
- Experience as an HR generalist (an asset)
- Experience in a relevant industry (engineering, operations, procurement, construction, project management)
- Experience in an advisory role and ability to build trusting relationships with all stakeholders
- Bilingualism essential, both oral and written
