In this role, you will be working closely with all stakeholders to understand the needs of the business, while collaborating with your HR colleagues and peers to identify and attract great talent and ultimately deliver the best client and candidate experience.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a resourceful and experienced recruiter who enjoys a challenge, likes diversity in their work, and has the ability to strategically source talent at all levels. This role will be primarily home based in the Montreal area and will require travel to clinics across Quebec in the future, when it is safe to do so, post the COVID era.
What makes this Talent Acquisition role different from others?
We’re not looking for an order taker. We’re looking for someone who can act as a true Talent Advisor to our Hiring Managers and HR counterparts. In this role you will be responsible for sitting in on interviews helping coaching managers on probing and identifying candidates who are the right fit for our company. You will advise on sourcing strategies, market trends and intelligence, employer branding and social media strategies.
You will own the relationship and overall recruiting strategy and execution across the province building critical relationships with the Executive team, Clinical Leaders and Hiring Managers. You will develop a deep understanding of our interdisciplinary care and business model and help drive talent acquisition programs and processes that meet our short and long business objectives.
