Talent Acquisition Sourcing Lead

The mandate of the TA Sourcing Lead will be to finalize and execute on the sourcing strategy for Talent Acquisition across California locations, specifically San Diego and San Jose ASML offices. Our focus is on hiring the best talent in the industry for our technical and non-technical roles.

Strategy

- Collaborate with California TA Leader to ensure a comprehensive sourcing strategy

- This includes but is not limited to;

o Identifying sourcing tools required to achieve results/goals

o Identifying internal and external resource requirements to deliver on strategy

o Identifying similar/volume roles across same/different locations that require targeted sourcing attention

o Incorporate diversity and inclusion considerations into the overall strategy

o Identify service offerings needed to deliver on strategy

o Develop/Improve sourcing processes, including direct outreach to passive candidates and direct sourcing from competitor companies

Stakeholder Engagement

- Partner with Talent Acquisition resources, Labor Market Communications and HR Business Partners as necessary

- Work closely with customers (i.e. business leaders and hiring managers) to articulate sourcing strategy, service offerings and expected results

- Develop and manage relationships with 3rd party vendors as necessary

Execution

- Develop services offerings that support the Sourcing Strategy

- In collaboration/alignment with TA Leader(s), market sourcing service offerings to the business

- Focus on channel development, research, lead generation, referral generation and third party services

Your Background & Experience

- You know recruiting – you’ve got 8+ years of hands-on recruiting, and ideally recruiting management experience

- You’ve been sourcing as part of your job – it comes naturally, and you get it how and why it’s important to providing a comprehensive talent pool to our hiring community

- You have a Bachelor’s degree

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.   • The environment generally is moderate in temperature and noise level.
  • Occasionally may be exposed to loud noise bursts and may be exposed to toxic gases (fluorine).
  • Must be able to work in small, confined spaces.
