This opportunity is responsible for leading strategic talent identification and relationship management across North America, including strategic talent pipelining, managing all hiring for Level 1-2 positions, talent mapping and succession planning activities. Proactively build strong and diverse relationships with individuals both internally and externally.
Primary Responsibilities
• Contribute to the development of the Group Talent and Talent Acquisition strategy by providing thought leadership and representing local business needs and priorities
• Partner with key people leaders and the Talent Manager to get a clear view of their strategic objectives and talent needs over the short to medium term
• Work closely with Talent Management function and HR Business Partners to ensure we have strong talent and succession pipelines for executive level and critical roles
• Partner with the Vice President, Talent Acquisition to ensure strategic alignment of hiring across all levels of the organization
• Build lasting and mutually beneficial relationships both internally and externally
• Collaborate with HRLT, Talent and HRBPs as well as key executives in the business to scope, build, drive and deliver the division’s multi-year executive talent acquisition strategy
• Deliver divisional Board/Executive Committee member reporting as appropriate for open roles and talent pipelining activity
• Become familiar and maintain awareness of our global internal talent pools with reference to positions in North America
• Build strong, deep and diverse talent pipelines for strategically important/critical roles in North America
• Devise and execute a targeted external research strategy for each role while ensuring we leverage our existing internal executive network
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

10+ years relevant experience

Physical Demands
