The Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Manager will develop and implement strategies and solutions necessary for the Analytics organization to effectively identify and recruit the technology skills-sets required for growth and success. In this role you will work closely with; Sr. level executives, business hiring leaders, HR Partners and Talent Acquisition resources. You will drive the execution or recruiting and search strategies, while ensuring a top-notch candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.

We are seeking a TA lead who understands the recruiting landscape within Analytics, thinks strategically and brings passion to the team.


Fundamental Components:

Direct and manage a team of full lifecycle Analytic recruiters focused on hiring top talent within the Analytics, Data Science and Data Engineering roles.

Partner with key resources and teams to effectively design, implement and manage processes and strategies including; marketing/branding, selection, interviewing, social media, hiring manager training, metrics and reporting analytics.

Serve as a business partner with hiring leaders to clarify and solve for immediate and long-term hiring needs, developing effective sourcing and recruitment strategies resulting achieving business hiring goals.

Develop and implement search strategies for passive candidates using LinkedIn and other social media tools. Pro-actively source qualified, diverse, active and passive candidates specifically for Data Science, Data Engineering and Analytic Consultant roles.

Provide day-to-day management of the Recruitment team, including coaching, ensuring and measuring efficiency and effectiveness, and prioritizing work

Establish individual and team goals and develop the team's capabilities, providing regular feedback, coaching and recognition to individuals.

Continuously improve processes and procedures to make the talent acquisition process as seamless and simple as possible for candidates and hiring leaders.

Provide consultative advice on candidate attraction and engagement, interview processes and timely feedback and the candidate close process.

Partner with hiring leaders, recruiters and researchers to ensure the job requirements and expectations are well defined in every open role ensuring alignment to market.

Define recruiting metrics that monitor the overall health, performance and effectiveness of the team and processes. Track and report key recruitment metrics and provide updates and reports consistently.

Actively and consistently manage the team to using the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tracking tools to ensure timely and accurate documentation of applicant data throughout the process.

Support Business Development initiatives by reviewing proposals, providing input and identifying risks; researching new requirements; attending meetings and writing transition and staffing plans.

Lead or participate in special projects as required to support changing business requirements and resourcing requirements.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Work with other groups such as the Recruitment Marketing and Communications teams to create effective recruitment and employment branding campaigns, via use of the internet, social media, job boards, industry-specific media, networking and college relations

Background Experience:

BA/BS degree required and minimum of 10 years' experience in Talent Acquisition Management, specifically leading a team of recruiters.

Experience managing a talent acquisition function for a technology and/or Analytics organization required; experience managing in a healthcare environment preferred

Direct, proven experience with sourcing, interviewing and hiring passive candidates

Proficiency with HR technology and strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, Kenexa preferred.

Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships

Strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team

Passion for keeping up with industry trends and the latest sourcing methods and tools

Experience in the development and analysis of recruitment metrics.

Ability to guide and consult with recruiters on OFCCP guidelines
