We are a high growth tech company with a global span. The internal TA function was established two years ago, we have set the foundations of our recruitment process and ways of working but we are continuously looking of ways to raise the bar and improve. This role provides the opportunity to help shape the future ways of working so that we can become the best! We have an active M&A strategy and have grown from 600 people to almost tripled in size over the last year – needless to say we have a lot of exciting work ahead of us!
The essence of the role
To attract, engage, assess and hire the the right people for the role and to Sinch is what we do! You will be the face of Sinch - the first connection that many of the candidates will have with us and will make sure they have a great candidate experience. You will partner up with the hiring managers in different departments and locations and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring.
As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:
Drive the TA activities of a region, business unit and/or department
Build strong relationships with our leaders and gain a clear understanding of their staffing goals, in order to ensure that the most qualified candidates are hired to have the right people, in the right place, at the right time
Drive the full life cycle recruitment processes in one or multiple key areas within our global organization.
Partner with the business and HRBP to ensure a proactive hiring plan.
Coach managers and employees on best-in-class sourcing strategies, evaluation and ensuring a great candidate experience.
Partner with Employer Branding team to find, excite, and engage passive candidates
Continue to identify, design and execute on strategic talent acquisition projects and initiatives both local and global and partner with the team to enhance reporting and metrics, and scale Sinch's overall recruiting
Be a role model and gate keeper for Sinch values & culture
This role is based at our office in Atlanta, US and you will join an amazing global team of eight TA professionals hiring to all our regions (North America, EMEIA and APAC) and report into the Talent Acquisition Lead, who is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Who are you?
You are an experienced recruiter who have a couple of years of experience from end-to-end recruitment in a global environment. You are used to partner up with hiring managers and driving the efforts of finding the best match for the role and the company. Competency-based recruitment is the only way to do things and you are used to educate and challenge managers as to why "what's your favorite cheese?" isn't a relevant interview question. You enjoy challenging the status quo and always seek to raise the bar on how the TA function works!
To be able to contribute in this role, you have:
5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably as an in-house recruiter in the technology industry hiring mainly for commercial roles at different levels
Demonstrated experience in successfully sourcing and identifying the right talent
Experience of driving TA related projects
Worked in a fast-paced and global company
Fluency in English
