Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) is responsible for developing and maintaining a network of qualified candidates in an assigned geographic region and designated divisions. The TAP will work with Certara hiring managers to identify open positions, agree on candidate profile, and provide high quality, screened candidates to fill assigned open positions within established time line. The TAP must maintain long term positive candidate relationships to enhance Certara's market position and business opportunities


Responsibilities

  • In consultation with Divisional and HR leadership, develop/execute Recruiting Strategy (for each open position)
  • Proactively Manage/Coach Candidate Relationships
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple divisions. Process includes:
  • Candidate Sourcing and Networking
  • Personally source candidates through ATS, job boards, print, etc.
  • Promote the candidate referral program
  • Candidate Screening
  • Personally screen candidates as necessary
  • Update candidate records in ATS
  • Candidate Interviewing
  • Screen and/or interview all qualified candidates
  • Manage candidate progress through hiring manager interviews
  • Follow up on the interview process status
  • Communicate employer information and benefits
  • Disposition Candidates in ATS
  • Negotiate offers with selected candidates
  • Primary Recruiting contact with all qualified candidates in region
  • Manage Referrals and provide feedback to referring party
  • Serve as liaison with area employment agencies, colleges and industry associations
  • Build and manage relationships with hiring managers
  • Maintain activity and project tracking reports
  • Manage all candidates through the ATS and maintain compliance with EEOC and OFCCP regulations
  • Pull regular and ad hoc reports on recruitment analytics

Skills & Abilities

  • BA/BS or 5 years related industry experience
  • Minimum 2 years Pharma/Biotech/Life Sciences recruitment experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels
  • Ability to handle confidential information discretely
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems
  • Strong understanding of OFFCCP and EEOC regulations and maintaining reports to reflect compliance
  • Able to develop rapport with others and recognize their concern
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of service delivery and prioritize customer needs
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrate dependability in difficult circumstances and show a sense of urgency about getting results
  • Able to take action in solving problems while exhibiting judgment and a realistic understanding of issues
  • Perform a wide variety of tasks and change focus quickly as demands change, adapt to varying customer needs,
  • Respond to objections successfully
