The Talent Acquisition Manager will partner as a strategic talent advisor with hiring managers, leadership and HR Business Partners to deliver exceptional talent acquisition solutions across our business. You will possess the ability to advocate for the company brand across numerous markets and professional communities, while maintaining excellent relationships with key stakeholders: hiring managers, leadership, candidates, and the talent community at-large. It is imperative that this individual be highly adaptable, creative and process-oriented, have a passion for identifying top talent, partnering with a collaborative team and driving results.

Develop the Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Lead a team of Talent Advisors that manage and deliver all aspects of recruiting
  • Drive process, including the development of recruitment strategies, to ensure a positive candidate and manager experience
  • Ensure development of long-term talent acquisition strategic roadmap

?Acquisition Process Excellence

  • Collaborate with local HR and business leaders in execution of the recruitment process.
  • Responsible for job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning and assessment, etc.…
  • Use applicant tracking systems and other recruiting systems to track applicants through the selection phase to on-boarding.
  • Utilize metrics to create reports and identify hiring efficiency and quality of hire.??

Compliance & Budget?

  • Ensure diversity recruitment and compliance of our hiring process to include oversight of the affirmative action program.
  • Manage recruitment budget
  • Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process

University Recruitment Program

  • Oversee a top-notch university recruitment program for our early talent pipeline that includes annual recruiting effort at partner universities, facilitate the evaluation and hiring of students, coordinate the on-boarding process for students, train internal recruiters, and partner with managers and HR partners during the selection process to effectively fill positions for each rotation.

This position will report to the Director of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

Job Requirement

Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience Required: 7>10 years

5+ years of direct sourcing, full lifecycle recruiting in a dynamic fast-paced environment

Previous HR Generalist experience a plus

Strategic thinker able to assess priorities and implications as well as design creative differentiating strategies to attract highly qualified candidates

Experience with process improvement tools and recruiting metrics and analytics

Proven ability to drive programs, lead people through change and meet deliverables.

Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases

SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP credential and/or understanding of employment laws and affirmative action?

Strong communication, presentation and networking skills.

Travel Required: <15%
