Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: San Francisco

Our client is revolutionizing how marketers are accessing data from their marketing stacks, through hard-core technology, and aim to empower a wide variety of use-cases, from Data Science, Optimization, and improved Customer Experience.

  • MUST have longevity in their recent Employment History (no job hoppers or short-term contractors!)
  • 4+ years into the business, this client is working with the some of the biggest and smartest brands in the world, and has developed the most advanced data stack available out there.

The role:

In partnership with the leadership team, you will be responsible for optimizing the talent acquisition structure and processes, growing the capabilities of the sourcing operation, building a unique employment brand and an engaging candidateexperience.

  • You will act as a true partner to the business to identify talent gaps, implement sourcing tools and processes, ensure we have robust programs for diversity and employer branding, and scale the team to deliver against our hiring plans.
  • You would manage full-cycle recruiting for all departments including Sales, Marketing, engineering and G&A.
  • This role requires a strategic mindset and an opportunity to work closely with the CEO, C-Suite and Executive Team on growth strategy, talent acquisition process and retention.

Recruiting Responsibilities:

  • Lead our recruiting efforts to ensure that we attract and close top talent in a variety of departments including sales, engineering, product, marketing, leadership, etc.
  • Own the sourcing, full-cycle recruiting process, top-notch candidateexperience and on boarding
  • Support our hiring managers in all components of defining hiring needs – both current and future -- and then attracting, developing and retaining talent
  • Identify strategies for engaging and closing the best candidates.
  • Lead a data driven operation to improve effective - one candidate at a time, integrating systems and processes that will provide meaningful data to deliver results.
  • Choose the best tools to support candidateexperience and recruiter effectiveness.

Experience Skill Set:

  • MUST have longevity in their recent Employment History (no job hoppers or short-term contractors!)
  • 7+ years professional technical recruiting experience
  • 5+ years in a recruiting management role for a tech industry leader (in-house recruiting managers only!)
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter Management Tools, sourcing tools,
  • Experienced in growing a recruiting team while doing hands-on recruiting!!
  • Experience in establishing employer branding, recruiting strategies (social, LinkedIn, SEO/SEM, tool selection, etc) for tech talent acquisitions in the San Francisco Bay Area
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of roles including sales, engineering, G&A, etc.
