The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the recruiting function for multiple business segments of Lennox International. This position will manage a team of recruiters, be a thought partner with our business and HR leaders, and develop and implement recruiting processes and programs that strengthen LII’s ability to efficiently and effectively attract top talent to the organization.
Business level ownership and accountability for end-to-end recruiting processes from requisition creation, to sourcing, to interviewing, and finally to onboarding.
Hire, direct, manage, coach, and develop a team of full-cycle recruiters to effectively and efficiently support business needs as well as provide excellent customer service to our clients.
Partner and provide talent advisory influence to Hiring Managers, HR partners, and Business Executives.
Program manage and/or participate on teams to innovate various enterprise wide initiative such as employer branding, ATS (applicant tracking system) upgrades, employee referral campaigns, background/drug screen, relocation vendor management, workforce planning, and immigration processing.
Develop and deliver talent acquisition related training programs to business managers, HR partners, and internal recruiters.
Frequently work with data to identify trends and insights into talent acquisition results and/or opportunities.
Collaborate and work closely with HR teams across the various functions (e.g. HRIS, Benefits, Payroll, HRBPs, Compensation, Training and Development)
Personally act as the recruiter for various job openings as needed.

2+ years of management experience (preferred) with the ability to lead and develop a high performing team
8+ years of experience in recruiting; preferredexperience in full-cycle corporate recruiting
Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university (Master’s preferred)
Strong oral and written communication skills appropriate for consultation to all levels of management. The ability to present ideas clearly and gain agreement and group consensus.
Ability to influence and drive change across the organization.

Solid Microsoft Office skills (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel)
