Weir ESCO's. Talent Acquisition Manager manages salaried recruiting primarily for ESCO's North America division while also providing some support to our global teams. This is a full-cycle recruiting, working-manager role with responsibilities including overseeing recruiting best practices to assure quality hires and an excellent candidate experience. Partners closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to drive best practices to effectively source, screen, select, and onboard talent. Accountable for maintaining streamlined processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of recruiting resources while maintaining fair, consistent, and legally defensible hiring practices. Success in this role requires strong customer service orientation and the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate throughout all levels of the company.
