Foth & Van Dyke, LLC is currently seeking a team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager who is looking to be a strategic leader at an employee-owned and client-focused organization.  This position will be based out of Foth’s headquarters in Green Bay, WI, and is critical to Foth achieving its growth goals. The Recruiting Leader will develop and lead the recruiting initiatives of the corporation and its affiliated companies (Foth Production Solutions, LLC, Foth Infrastructure & Environment, LLC, and Foth Canada Corporation).


  • Partner with business unit leaders to understand their individual talent recruiting objectives
  • Differentiate Foth within talent market, resulting in “first choice” position for high quality talent
  • Maintain knowledge of the competitive landscape/industry trends, as well as market indicators which affect the recruitment of top talent; recommend actions needed and respond accordingly
  • Monitor effectiveness of full-cycle recruitment processes with a continuous improvement mentality
  • Display exceptional presentation skills and assume a lead role in ensuring a positive recruiting experience, consistent with Foth’s employment brand, is created for all candidates
  • Develop and maintain relationships with outside recruiting firms; set and communicate expectations to drive results
  • Oversee the full-cycle process of recruiting engineers, scientists and other professionals to include candidatemarketing, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and selecting
  • Develop and oversee innovative individualized sourcing methods and strategies (e.g., networking, cold-calling, conducting complex internet research, attending conferences and trades shows), with a focus on developing a pipeline of high quality candidates
  • Recruit for technical and professional positions
  • Maintain compliance in demonstrating a broad understanding of employment laws and best practices in human resources recruitment processes 
  • Utilize strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to consistently meet hiring deadlines
  • Seek ways to proactively enhance and deliver excellent customer service to hiring leaders, candidates, and team members in a results-oriented, matrix organization
  • Provide coaching and knowledge transfer to members of recruiting team

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years of direct, full-cycle recruitment experience with a variety of organizational levels and technical competencies
  • Minimum of 5years leading a medium sized recruiting team
  • Exposure to advertising/marketing
  • Experiencewith the following:
    • Developing, implementing and monitoring talent marketing strategies across large organizations
    • Working with internal customers to identify, devise and execute a variety of strategic sourcing and recruiting techniques
    • Developing individualized recruiting strategies
    • Researching and building pipelines of qualified technical candidates
    • Creating and maintaining professional technical networks through marketing, social media, conferences, blogging, etc.


  • Previous experiencerecruiting talent for an engineering consulting firm
  • Established talent network in the engineering/scientific communit
