Successful Candidate will partner closely with Human Resources and Hiring Managers to manage the front-end of the talent acquisition process, and collaborate in creating staffing plans, developing and implementing strategies related to both candidate identification and sourcing.
This includes but is not limited to:
*** Initiating and maintaining a network of contacts to help identify potential clients and qualified candidates for hiring needs
*** Developing methods and strategies to target and identify Key Opinion Leaders, Industry Experts, Market specialists, Passive Candidates, Niche Companies, Executives in Need, Client Partnerships and more.
*** Responsible for screening and evaluating candidates for employment factors such as job experience, education and training, knowledge, skills and abilities, organizational culture considerations, and other data pertinent in classification and selection for positions in multiple functional disciplines.
*** Gather, compile, maintain, and analyze critical data and metrics related to talent acquisition activities and long term strategies.
*** A minimum of 3 years of full time work experience
*** Basic understanding or eagerness to learn about the STEM fields such as the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Biotechnology, Automation, Robotics, Lean Manufacturing, or similar technical industries.
*** Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and/or Excel)
