Talent Acquisition Director

Location: Irving, TX

The Director of Talent Acquisition is a brand ambassador and strategic partner to our business leaders and is responsible for designing and executing a powerful talent acquisition strategy enabling the company to attract, assess, hire and retain the right people to grow and lead the business. The right person will bring our company vision, culture and values to life in our recruiting tools and processes including candidate and business partner experience.

  • Develops and operationalizes recruiting strategies that emphasize speed, quality, diversity, innovation, process efficiency and candidate and business partner experience.
  • Identifies and monitors recruitment metrics to assess recruiting effectiveness in hiring cycle time, competitive hiring measures and new hire engagement.
  • Selects, leads and develops talented full cycle recruiters– while improving capability and delivering results.
  • Ensures that the team is knowledgeable and aligned with the company vision, culture and values and are good brand ambassadors.
  • Builds a data-driven recruiting organization, including analytics that provide insight and decision support.
  • Identifies inefficiencies in processes and encourages innovative thinking and decision making.
  • Stays abreast of trends through networking and benchmarking and incorporates the information into the recruiting / sourcing processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of talent management and team leadership experience identifying candidates to meet business needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post- secondary degree is a plus.
  • Strong desire to have fun and make a difference.
  • Experience building, coaching, and managing a full-cycle recruiting or talent management team in a corporate and field environment.
  • Experienceworking with applicant tracking systems, resume databases, internet sourcing tools and social mediarecruiting.
  • Experience with developing training material to support successful recruiting and interviewing skills.
  • Strategic thinker able to design innovative, differentiating strategies to attract highly qualified candidates and market brand opportunities
