Director shall manage full cycle recruitment activities focusing on developing robust candidate pipeline for present and future company needs.
*** Oversee the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategy to reach and attract a diverse pool of high quality candidates.
*** Prioritize market recruiting needs, and lead sourcing and selection activities.
*** Build future pipeline of internal and external talent.
*** Consult hiring leaders to determine job specifications, assess talent, make hiring recommendations, and provide guidance regarding compensation strategy.
*** Onboard new hires.
*** Manage relationships with third party systems vendors.
