TALENT ACQUISITION CONSULTANT: The Talent Acquisition Consultant serves as the recruiting resource for an assigned client group or series of job families. This role reports directly to the senior leader for Talent Acquisition; supports the Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant’s delegation and management of the team’s objectives and priorities; and works closely with the HR Business Partners and the Compensation department. This experienced level recruiter brings creative solutions and implement leading edge recruiting techniques which help achieve short and long term organizational recruiting needs. They will be responsible for developing strong client relationship through understanding their clients’ business plans. The Talent Acquisition Consultant provides full lifecycle recruiting support for positions instrumental to the organization’s success.
DEPARTMENT SPECIFICS:High level skill and experience sourcing, recruiting and placing applicants. Technical aptitude and experience with applicant tracking and digitalrecruitment systems. High energy, initiative and results achievement tendencies.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree Business or Human Resources, Communications, or related field
