Position Summary: 

?Designs, programs, documents and maintains reports and dashboards using data from multiple systems.

?Performs industry research on benchmark trends and incorporates into dashboards.

?Presents findings in a concise manner to management.

?Proactively applies analytical and research skills to monitor trends and elevates issues due to data variances.

?Directly responsible for accuracy of data as financial and operational decisions are made based on the data provided.


Required Education: 

?Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, or other job-related field, OR an associatedegree and two years of job-related experience, OR four years of job-related experience.


Required Work Experience: 

?Five years of job-related experience.

?Experience using reporting tools such as Business Objects, Crystal Reports, Cognos or Business Intelligence tools.



Required Skills and Abilities: 

?Strong customer focus, command skills, comfortable implementing change, and dealing with ambiguity.

?Technical aptitude, with proven experience in measurement, data analysis and interpretation.

?Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects to timely/effective completion.

?Strong organizational, customer service, communications and analytical skills.

?Proven experience with report writing and technical requirements analysis, data and business process modeling/mapping and methodology development.

?Strong understanding of relational database structures, theories, principles and practices.

?Strong attention to detail.

?Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.

?Knowledge of programming languages across various software platforms, using DB2, SQL, and relational databases.

?Knowledge of tools such as Visual Basic and Macros useful in automating reporting processes.

?Strong understanding of ATS and HCM systems (Kenexa, Workday, People Fluent, Oracle) with a focus on report development.


?Advanced Microsoft Access database design and reporting skills.

?Working knowledge of relational data models.

?Working knowledge of Workdayreporting.
