Use a variety of approaches to lead and develop Knowledge-Based and Model-Based Systems Engineering in partnership with a growing technology stack of diverse data sources to offer modeling & simulation, online measurements, data/analytics/visualization and Machine Learning/AI which will meet the learning requirements of the our initiative developments.
Apply systems engineering principles throughout life cycle phases from front end innovation, technical readiness, successful initiative management & product launch and use Integrated Work Systems.
Interact with the technical community regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations as well as the Innovation Capability Management System’s business and technical requirements for Initiative Development & Delivery.
Provide ownership for technical integrity, quality, and completeness of innovation work performed associated with one or more of the 25 process areas defined by ISO/IEC 15288. To include:
Collaborate with multi-functional and multi-discipline teams to design, develop and ensure critical data systems infrastructures and integration offer critical data model availability and scalability.
Be the strategic, systems problem solver that will automate existing manual decision support and data workflows to drive key innovation and business performance improvement.
You'll be a great fit, if you have:
A Bachelors or Master’s Degree in (Engineering, Operations Research, Applied Math, Statistics, Analytics, etc.)
4+ years’ experience in the following:
