Job Responsibilities 


The Executive Services IT Support Specialist reports to the Global Executive Services Manager. The IT Support Specialist is principally responsible for delivering personalized IT support for designated Honeywell executive(s) and their administrative assistant(s.) Will consider candidates who can work primarily from Morris Plains, NJ. 

Responsibilities of Position: 

Ensure end-to-end operational support to Senior Executive(s) for PC hardware/software, remote desktop management, system management, various applications, mobile phone, audio/video conferencing, LAN/WAN, procurement, audit/inventory 

Manage contractors/vendors/providers, when applicable, and ensure end to end accountability in all areas including project management, service management, and ongoing proactive maintenance plans as it pertains to IT/AV systems 

Ability to quantify customer satisfaction and maintain the longevity of industry-leading support levels 

Stay up-to-date on new technologies and trends; deploy new technology and services to supported Executive(s) 

Knowledge and understanding of security and compliance required 

Success Factors: 

Experience interacting with Senior Executives and meeting/exceeding expectations set with those stakeholders 

Ability to communicate to all levels of the organization and ensure a clear, succinct message is conveyed 

Ability to work with a wide variety of technical & non-technical staff 

Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision or direction 

Strong leadership presence, interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) 

Ability to work under pressure and prioritize work 

Strong bias for action and results orientation 

24x7 availability 

Flexibility to travel - 10-15% 

Basic Qualifications: 

Bachelors degree in a related discipline such as IT or Technology 

Five years progressive experience in IT in lieu of Bachelors degree 

Experience with Apple devices 

Windows7/10 experience 

Basic networking skills required 

Extensive knowledge/experience with Office 365 platform 

Connected home product experience, including audio/visual systems (Universal Remotes, Sonos, etc.) 


A+ / Network+ certifications 

Previous project management experience 

Excellent Negotiation Skills: Ability to understand customer needs, negotiate complex issues and total value offerings to our customers

$80K - $90K
